There is separate advice about staying at home if:
Do not leave your home if you have either:
To protect others, do not go to places like a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital. Stay at home.
Use the 111 online coronavirus service to find out what to do.
Only call 111 if you cannot get help online.
Important - Call 111 for advice if you're worried about a baby or child.
If they seem very unwell, are getting worse or you think there's something seriously wrong, call 999.
Do not delay getting help if you're worried. Trust your instincts.

Appointments (Changes August 2015)
We listened to you when you said that you don’t like calling always at 0830 for appointments and we have recruited new staff to increase the amount of appointments we have available both pre-bookable and on the day. We now have a Nurse Practitioner who can see all types of conditions who is highly trained and able to prescribe independently.
When you ring the surgery for your test results, the reception staff will not be able to give you any of your results, but will arrange for a nurse to ring you back.
Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone the surgery as soon as possible to allow us time to give your appointment to someone else.
We would like to recruit members for our Patient Participation Group so that we can get your views on the service that we provide to you.
Our aim is to work with a representative group of our registered patients to improve your experience while visiting and using the services of Manor Primary Care.
If you would like to join this group, please complete the attached 'Sign Up' form on the tab above this message.
We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff.
To help us with this, we are setting up a patient representation group so that you can have your say. We will ask the members of this representative group some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received. We would hope to meet periodically for your views (perhaps quarterly), or by email if you prefer.
We aim to gather a group of young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.
If you are happy to meet us occasionally, or by email please click the link below to open the sign-up form and complete all the fields.
